A day at Spadel in 2027

Morning brief on the phone: 7 stores, the route, two out-of-stock alerts and one promo to sell in.

Two shelf photos: the agent spots a missing facing and a wrong price tag; the rep fixes it with the store manager.

In the car, a 40-second voice note. Visit, agreement and follow-up logged in the CRM.

Asks in Teams for a deck with last quarter's results and the summer promo. Ready in two minutes.

A meeting is cancelled: the route is re-planned and a high-potential store is added.

Reviews and sends the follow-up emails the agent drafted. No reporting to do.
